What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
How do I determine the correct size for my skates?
We recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and referring to our specific brand size chart. Powerslide skates often have a snug, performance fit, so if you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up.
What is your return policy for sports equipment?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on gear that has been used outdoors or shows signs of wear.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Powerslide products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover standard wear and tear from regular skating.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can modify or cancel your order within 60 minutes of placement by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email.
