Return Process

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
